BrewBoard is a bespoke web app designed specifically for small batch coffee roasters. It empowers roasters to manage customer orders efficiently while keeping track of their inventory and production schedules.

The mockup

The main screen of BrewBoard features a pristine dashboard with a soft, muted color palette of earthy browns and gentle greens. The layout emphasizes clarity, displaying active orders prominently alongside quick access buttons to inventory and analytics. Users immediately see a snapshot of pending orders, each represented by visually distinct cards that show customer names, order details, and timers indicating roasting schedules.

At the top, a sleek navigation bar provides access to various sections, including order management and customer profiles. The bottom section showcases a live inventory tracker, displaying current stock levels with intuitive color coding—green for ample stock, yellow for low, and red for urgent reorders. Upon first load, a welcoming animation illustrates the coffee roasting process, drawing users into the warm world of artisanal coffee.
