Process

From first email to something running in production.

Our process is deliberately short. The goal of every step is to reduce the distance between your idea and a working build you can use, test, and show people.

1. Scoping conversation

A 30–45 minute call. We map the problem, the users, the data, and the constraints, and agree on what a useful first version actually contains. You leave with a written summary, a price, and a timeline — usually within two working days.

2. First slice

A fixed-scope build, normally two to four weeks. We work in short cycles with a shared preview environment, so you can click through real software almost immediately instead of waiting for a big reveal.

3. Iterate or hand over

Once the first slice is live, you choose. Some clients keep us on for ongoing iteration, new features, and operations. Others take the codebase in-house — either way you own the IP and the repository from day one.

4. What you get
